Service Description

RefundRocket provides:

• AI-generated refund materials (emails, letters, phone scripts)
• Chargeback checklists and red flag analysis
• BBB and Attorney General complaint templates
• Digital download and copy functionality

Digital Product & Refunds

RefundRocket is a digital service. Due to the nature of digital products:

• Generated materials are available immediately upon payment
• We offer limited refunds on a case-by-case basis
• Refunds may be considered for technical issues or service failures
• No refunds are available for unsuccessful refund claims or disputes
• All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
